Over the past two decades, obesity rates in the United States have increased significantly. There are more than 60 million adults and 9 million children in the country who suffer from obesity. so , why is obesity a problem in the us .
Obesity is a serious disease that has very serious consequences for the health of a person. It is important for obese people to lose weight at a healthy weight.

To understand why is obesity a problem in the us you must first know the serious causes :

Obesity is caused by an imbalance of calories because consuming more calories burned by the body. Burn calories from exercise, so that people are not burning enough calories simply do not get enough exercise. Genetics and hormones also play a factor, but diet and exercise are still important considerations, even in these cases.
The feeding behavior of a person and exercise routine can be changed, leading to changes in the weight of a person's body.
