The question for many becomes is there a best exercise to lose weight? The right combination of exercises can vary from person to person depending on factors like age, gender, medical conditions and overall health.
With that said, following are three simple exercises that have been proven to help reduce weight when used on a consistent basis.
Taking A Walk

When walking, wear comfortable shoes that provide your feet with support.
Walking allows you to progress at your own pace. Start with whats comfortable for you and gradually pick up the pace and distance.

Aerobic dance workouts like zumba, taebo, hip hop abs and rockin body are fun and effective ways to lose pounds and inches. Depending on the level of intensity, these workouts can burn up to a thousand calories per hour.
There are other health benefits related to dancing as well. These include reducing stress levels, lowering blood pressure and increasing energy.
To receive the most weight loss and health benefit from your exercise routine you must be consistent and workout a three times per week for 30 minutes minimum. Your goal should be working up to five days per week for at least 30 minutes.
Swimming Daily
Swimming is a great way to improve your strength, flexibility and to lose weight.
In addition to weight loss, swimming is a great way to strengthen and tone muscles because it works the majority of muscle groups in the body.
If you swim regularly and eat healthier, you soon start losing weight and notice your body toning up.
Regardless of what exercise you decide to do, it is always important to begin with a warm up routine and end with a cool down session.
Any of the above exercise can be effective at helping you lose excess pounds.
